Roccaraso Holiday House

It is a lovely apartment in the center of the town and very close to all places of interest, the shopping street, bars, restaurants and the tourist information office (just opposite).

 

Next to our building, equipped with a lift, there is a public parking located on the road for Aremogna (ski lifts).

 

The apartment has three comfortable bedrooms: a double bedroom, one with a double bed + 2 single beds (bunk bed) and a bedroom with three single beds (bunk bed) for a total of 9 beds, plus one a very comfortable double sofa bed in the living room.There are also two bathrooms, both with windows, a large and comfortable kitchen newly furnished and equipped with everything, including a dishwasher and washing machine, and a big living room with fireplace, sitting area and dining area.

The house, in addition to the fireplace, is equipped with an efficient independent heating system, independent for each room, activable by guests. Complete the equipment of this house a panoramic terrace from which you can admire the mountains and the woods of Roccaraso.

 

From our structure you will also be a stone’s throw from the large playground “il pratone” equipped with numerous games for children of all ages.
